Welcome

My name is Glenn Harris and I am the strength and conditioning coach for Boston University. My training philosophy evolves from current research and practical applications in strength and conditioning. My objective when working with athletes is to improve the level of sport specific strength and power, while also improving their speed and agility. It is my hope to be able to share details of my programs in order for athletes, coaches, and parents to be better educated in the area of strength and conditioning.
