2010 Game Fit Performance Training Spring Conditioning Clinic

Yesterday was the final session for the 2010 spring conditioning clinic.  It was a lot of fun and the feedback was great too.  My main objective in holding these clinics is to offer an oppurtunity for young athletes to learn how to train properly through active participation.  Areas of training that we cover include:

  • Foam Rolling
  • Proper warm-up drills
  • Functional core training
  • Strength training
  • Conditioning
  • Stretching
