I’ve been fortunate enough to train with Glenn for over 12 years. He was able to prepare specific workouts that applied to a lacrosse goalie and got me ready for the US Men’s National Team tryouts in ’96 and ’04 as well as for my professional career in Major League Lacrosse. I’ve learned during my time with Glenn and even use a lot of his explosive training techniques now when I work with younger goalies in our sport.
