What they are saying…
Coaches and Athletes who I have had the pleasure to work with over the years:
Glenn designs his workouts specific to the needs of every athlete. He takes the time to learn as much as he can about the energy demands for the sport and then applies it to his program. Thanks for helping me become a gold medalist.

Glenn Harris not only has a wealth of understanding in the field of exercise science, but also has over 15 years experience training athletes from the collegiate level up to the professional ranks. He knows the process a young athlete should follow for proper athletic devolvement and injury prevention. The combination of Glenn’s training program, and teaching techniques with an athlete’s strong work ethic is a recipe for success.
Director of Strength and Conditioning, San Jose Sharks
I’ve been fortunate enough to train with Glenn for over 12 years. He was able to prepare specific workouts that applied to a lacrosse goalie and got me ready for the US Men’s National Team tryouts in ’96 and ’04 as well as for my professional career in Major League Lacrosse. I’ve learned during my time with Glenn and even use a lot of his explosive training techniques now when I work with younger goalies in our sport.

I have been working with Glenn for nearly 15 years. Currently, I am in my 11th season of playing professional basketball in Europe. Glenn has been instrumental in constructing a sport specific program for me year after year that helps me gain the advantage I need to compete at the highest level of European basketball.

Working out with Glenn has helped me feel prepared for my season both mentally and physically. Your confidence level hits an all time high because you know that you have worked harder than the other guy to prepare you for your games. The mix of weight lifting and speed drills really prepares you to be at your best for the upcoming season and also sustaining that level of toughness throughout your season.
